From the moment I arrived at Llacs De Cardos, I was enveloped in the warm hospitality of a lovely family-run hotel. The owners' genuine care and attention truly stood out as they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The spacious room, with its spotless new bathroom and invigorating walk-in shower, provided a sanctuary of relaxation after a day of hiking in the beautiful town of Tavascan. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the natural coolness was embraced through the opening of three windows, allowing for a peaceful night's rest on the large, plush bed adorned with an abundance of pillows. The perfect start to each day was the delightful breakfast, surpassing expectations with its variety and quality. As I explored the hotel further, the excellent restaurant and the friendly reception staff added to the overall exceptional experience, leaving me eager to return for more hikes in this charming location.
